These terms govern your use of the Property Sage mobile application and any related services we offer (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these terms.
Nature of the Services
Property Sage is a real estate analysis tool. It is provided to help you organize information and think through scenarios on your own. We do not provide real estate, legal, tax, or financial advice, and nothing in the app should be read as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or finance any property or investment.
Your decisions
You are solely responsible for your financial and real estate decisions. The Services are not intended to encourage or discourage any particular transaction or strategy. How you interpret outputs, and whether you act on them, is entirely up to you. You should consult qualified professionals when you need advice tailored to your situation.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Services only in compliance with applicable laws and not to misuse them (for example, by attempting to interfere with their operation or access them through automated means in violation of our instructions).
Changes and availability
We may update the Services and these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any decisions you make or outcomes that result from your use of the Services.
Account deletion (Property Sage — DPI Lilac, LC)
This section applies to the Property Sage app as listed on Google Play and other stores under developer DPI Lilac, LC.
How to delete your account
- Open the Property Sage app and sign in.
- Go to Account Settings.
- Use the delete-account option there and confirm when prompted.
When you complete that flow, your account and the data stored with it—including your profile, sign-in identifiers, saved deals, and property analyses—are removed from our databases immediately.
Data we may keep
We do not keep your account contents or deal data after you delete your account through Account Settings. We may retain information only where required by law, or minimal technical records that cannot reasonably be used to restore your account or deals (for example short-lived server logs used for security).
